Putting my sign together was simple. There were plenty of customization options, but it never felt overwhelming or confusing. It only took me a few minutes to get everything looking right, which I really appreciated. It’s nice when a company makes the process straightforward and doesn’t make customers jump through hoops

I set this up the other day and it’s been working really well so far. The dimming is smooth and I haven’t noticed any flickering, which was the main thing I cared about. Not much else to say, but it does what I needed.

I get that support teams can be busy, and maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but wow, the replies took a long time. I’d send a message, then sort of forget about it, then remember later and still not have an answer. The actual issue wasn’t even the worst part, it was mostly just the waiting around that got frustrating

I was able to get my replacement sorted through the warranty, so I can’t really complain too much, right? The process took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but in the end they helped me out and got it handled...

I thought it was worth it, honestly. The prices feels fair for what you get, and I didn’t feel like I overpaid.

The neon looks awesome at night and is seriously bright. It was actually a bit stronger than I expected, so I ended up moving it to a different spot. I reached out and support basically said something like, “Yeah, these can be powerful in darker rooms, so placement makes a big difference,” which was helpful. Overall I’m still happy with it, just needed to find the right place for it.

I had a neon sign made from my logo and it actually turned out way closer to the original than I expected. The colors and shape matched the file really well, and even the smaller details came out right. I was a little worried it might look kinda off, but it didn’t. Looks great on the wall and I’d definitely give it 5 stars
